Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the a47 website (the "Site"), operated by the a47 team ("we"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.

1. The service

The Site streams movies and series over the internet free of charge. We may add, change or remove content at any time and may pause the service for maintenance without notice.

2. Age and content ratings

• You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 20 should have a guardian's consent before creating an account.
• Every title has an age rating. Users and guardians are responsible for judging suitability based on that rating.

3. Accounts

• You sign up with an email address and password. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade a suspension, or use someone else's email address.
• You can delete your account yourself on the Account page. Data tied to the account (watch history, list, ratings, comments, notifications) is deleted with it.

4. Comments and reports

• Comments are plain text up to 1,000 characters, at most one every 30 seconds, and may not contain links.
• Do not post abusive, harassing, discriminatory, spam, advertising, unmarked spoiler content, or other people's personal information.
• Comments reported by enough users are hidden pending review. We may use automated systems (including AI) to help screen comments, and moderators may hide or delete comments or suspend repeat offenders without notice.
• You keep ownership of what you post but grant us the right to display it on the Site.

5. Intellectual property

• Movies, series, subtitles, images, logos and text on the Site belong to the a47 team or to parties that license them to us, and are protected by copyright.
• You may watch through the Site for personal use only. Downloading, recording, copying, modifying, redistributing, embedding on other sites, commercial use, or use for training AI models is not allowed without written permission.
• Do not circumvent protection measures, such as pulling video directly from our servers or scraping content with automated tools.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We try to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms; the date of the latest update is shown at the bottom of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
